c)  Within the framework of the information they have in the field of duty and responsibility in the company, we declare that the consolidated financial statement and financial report honestly reflect the truth about company's assets, liabilities, financial situation and profit and loss, and that the financial report honestly reflects the development and performance of the business and the financial situation of the company, together with the significant risks and uncertainties faced.
