Regarding our material event disclosure made on 08.11.2021, a share transfer agreement was signed on 30.11.2021 between the Insurance Association of Turkey as the seller and our Company as the buyer, regarding the transfer of 100% shares of OSEM Sertifikasyon A.Ş to our Company completed as of the same date.
