Pursuant to share buyback transactions initiated with the resolution of the Company's Board of Directors dated 28.06.2022;

On 08.09.2022, TURSG shares with ₺ 500,000 nominal value were repurchased within a price range of ₺ 7.12 – ₺ 7.17 (weighted average ₺ 7.143) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by Türkiye Sigorta. Total repurchased shares reach to 0.33% of the capital.
