B group shares to Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası TAO, which represents 0.25% of Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.; the share transfer agreement was signed between Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası TAO as buyer and our Company as seller on 06.12.2022 and the share transfer was completed as of the same date with 2,097,500 TL pricing for  all rights and obligations
