Vakıf Finansal Kiralama AŞ (VAKFN) payları ile ilgili olarak; 15.12.2022 tarihinde 1.730.936 adet payın pay başına 5,14 TL ile pay satış işlemi ortaklığımızca gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu işlemle birlikte Vakıf Finansal Kiralama AŞ sermayesinde payımız kalmamıştır. İşlemin detaylarına ilişkin bilgiler aşağıdaki tabloda yer almaktadır.

As of 15.12.2022, Türkiye Sigorta AŞ has sold Vakıf Finansal Kiralama AŞ (VAKFN) shares of 1.730.936 lots at a price of TL 5.14. After the sales transactions the shares of our Company in this subsidiary has terminated. Information about the details of the transaction is given in the table below.
