For the purpose of transferring all of our Vakıf Enerji ve Madencilik A.Ş.  shares to Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası TAO, which represents 1.77% of Vakıf Enerji ve Madencilik A.Ş.; the share transfer agreement was signed between Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası TAO as buyer and our Company as seller on 06.12.2022 and the share transfer was completed as of the same date with 2,494,349 TL pricing for all rights and obligations.
