SEDDK’nın 2021/25 sayılı Genelgesi uyarınca, şirketlerin sermaye yeterlilik seviyesinin %135’in altına düşürülmemesi esası benimsenmiştir. Şirketimizin sermaye yeterlilik oranının söz konusu eşik değerin üzerinde sürdürülebilir şekilde korunması dikkate alınarak, Yönetim Kurulumuzun 24.03.2025 tarih ve 6/26 sayılı kararı çerçevesinde; toplam 2.000.000.000 TL brüt kâr payının dağıtılmasına karar verilmiş, anılan karar 25.04.2025 tarihli Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunularak kabul edilmiştir. Kâr payı ödemeleri 28.08.2025 tarihinden itibaren nakden gerçekleştirilmiştir.

In accordance with the Insurance and Private Pension Regulatory and Supervisory Authority Circular No. 2021/25, the principle that companies' capital adequacy levels should not fall below 135% has been adopted. Taking into account the need to maintain our company's capital adequacy ratio above the aforementioned threshold in a sustainable manner, and in line with the decision of our Board of Directors dated 24 March 2025 and numbered 6/26, it was decided to distribute a total gross dividend of TL 2,000,000,000. This decision was submitted to the shareholders for approval at the General Assembly meeting held on 25 April 2025 and was accepted. Dividend payments were made in cash starting from 28 August 2025.
