At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting dated April 9, 2026, it was resolved to select PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. for the independent audit of the financial statements for the year 2026 and for the sustainability audit of the sustainability report to be prepared in accordance with the Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority, and the said resolution was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate on April 24, 2026 and announced in the Türkiye Trade Registry Gazette No. 11570.
