The issue of bonds to be sold outside Turkey with an aggregate principal amount of USD 550 million, rated Ba2 by Moody's and BB+ by Fitch and approved by the Capital Market Board with the Tranche Issuance Document dated 11 March 2019 has been completed on 14 March 2019 and the net proceeds were transferred to our Company's accounts. The bonds have been listed on the Irish Stock Exchange (Euronext Dublin). The guaranteed amounts have been transferred to the accounts of Trakya Cam Sanayii A.Ş. amounting $183,333,333, Anadolu Cam Sanayii A.Ş. amounting $110,000,000, Paşabahçe Cam Sanayii A.Ş. amounting $110,000,000 and Soda Sanayii A.Ş. amounting $36,666,667 in 14 March 2019 under the same terms and conditions, which guaranteed the capital, interest etc. payments of the issued bills of exchange This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
