7 Ekim 2019 tarihinde Soda Sanayii A.Ş. payları ile ilgili olarak 5,74 TL fiyattan 500.000 TL toplam nominal tutarlı alış işlemi Şirketimizce gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu işlemle birlikte Soda Sanayii A.Ş. sermayesindeki paylarımız %61,44 sınırına ulaşmıştır.

Bir önceki KAP bildiriminde sehven Trakya Cam Sanayii A.Ş. olarak belirtilen bilginin dikkate alınmamasını kamu oyuna arz ederiz.

As of October 7, 2019 our Company has purchased 500.000 TRY nominal value share of Soda Sanayii A.Ş. with a price of TRY 5,74. As a result, the total shares of our Company in Soda Sanayii A.Ş. have reached 61,44%

In previous announcement by mistake we announced the purchase of the shares of Trakya Cam Sanayii A.Ş.. Please do not consider that announcement.
