Upon the division of duties performed during the meeting of the Board of Directors conducted following the Shareholders' Ordinary General Assembly Meeting convened on 27 March 2020, it was resolved that Adnan Bali be elected to Chairmanship and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kırman be elected to Vice Chairmanship of the Board of Directors.
