28.03.2022 tarihinde yapılan Ortaklar Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısını müteakiben yapılan Yönetim Kurulunun toplantısında; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği ekinde yayımlanan Kurumsal Yönetim İlkelerinin 4.5. numaralı ilkesi gereğince Yönetim Kurulumuz bünyesinde oluşturulan;

1) Denetimden Sorumlu Komite Başkanlığına Dinç Kızıldemir'in, üyeliğe Gül Ayşem Sargın'ın,

2) Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi Başkanlığına Dinç Kızıldemir'in, üyeliklere İzlem Erdem, Can Yücel ve Hande Özbörçek'in

3) Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi Başkanlığına Dinç Kızıldemir'in üyeliklere İzlem Erdem, Prof. Dr. Şener Oktik ve Gül Ayşem Sargın'ın,

1 Temmuz 2021 tarihinde yürürlüğe giren Şişecam Topluluğu Kurumsal Yönetim Yönetmeliği uyarınca oluşturulan,

1) Topluluk Performans Yönetimi Komitesi Başkanlığı'na Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kırman'ın, üyeliğe Dinç Kızıldemir'in,

2) Sosyal Sorumluluk Komitesi Başkanlığı'na Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kırman'ın, üyeliklere Prof. Dr. Şener Oktik ve Gül Ayşem Sargın'ın,

3) Sürdürülebilirlik Komitesi Başkanlığı'na Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kırman'ın, üyeliklere Gül Ayşem Sargın, Ahu Serter ve Can Yücel'in,

seçilmelerine karar verilmiştir.

During the meeting of the Board of Directors conducted following the Shareholders' Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on March 28, 2022, it was resolved that the following persons be elected to the committees herein below constituted in our Board of Directors as required by the principle numbered 4.5 of the Principles of Corporate Management published as appended to the Corporate Management Communiqué numbered Series: II-17.1 of the Capital Markets Board of Turkey:

1- Dinç Kızıldemir to Chairmanship of the Committee in Charge of Auditing and as well as Gül Ayşem Sargın to memberships of the same;

2- Dinç Kızıldemir to Chairmanship of the Corporate Management Committee as well as İzlem Erdem, Can Yücel and Hande Özbörçek to memberships of the same; and

3- Dinç Kızıldemir to Chairmanship of the Early Risk Identification Committee as well as Gül Ayşem Sargın, Şener Oktik and İzlem Erdem to memberships of the same.

Established in accordance with Şişecam Group's Corporate Governance Regulation, which entered into force on July 1, 2021,

Ahmet Kırman to Chairmanship of the Group Performance Management Committee as well as Dinç Kızıldemir to memberships of the same;

2- Ahmet Kırman to Chairmanship of the Social Responsibility Committee as well as Gül Ayşem Sargın and Şener Oktik to memberships of the same.

3- Ahmet Kırman to Chairmanship of the Early Risk Identification Committee as well as Gül Ayşem Sargın, Ahu Serter and Can Yücel to memberships of the same.
