oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Sermaye piyasası mevzuatı çerçevesinde, Şirketimiz tarafından toplamda 10.000.000.000.-TL'ye (On Milyar Türk Lirası) kadar yurtiçinde, halka arz edilmeksizin nitelikli yatırımcıya satış ve tahsisli satış yöntemleriyle borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesi için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapılan başvuru, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 08.09.2022 tarih ve 49/1317 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olup, söz konusu ihraca ilişkin, İhraç Belgesi ve İhraç Belgesi Eki ekte yer almaktadır.		Within the framework of the capital market legislation, the application made by our Company to the Capital Markets Board for the issuance of debt instruments a total amount up to 10,000,000,000.-TL (Ten Billion Turkish Liras) for sale to domestic qualified investors and private placement without public offering was approved by the decision of the Board of Directors dated 08.09.2022 and numbered 49/1317. The issuance certificate and its annex are attached.
