A Corporate Governance Rating Agreement on Corporate Governance Principles has been signed with SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (SAHA), officially authorized to perform rating in accordance with Corporate Governance Principles of Capital Market Board (CMB) on November 15, 2022 for a two-year period and the agreement is valid until November 15, 2024.


In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
