Pursuant to the relevant legislation of the Capital Markets Board and within the scope of the Board of Director's resolutions dated 26/02/2021 and 30/06/2022, our Company had bought back a total of 101,748,623 of its own shares between 26/02/2021 and 29/11/2022 on Borsa Istanbul.

The sale of 50,000,000 of the shares bought back, to a foreign institutional investor, was carried out on 29/11/2022 on Borsa Istanbul through a block sale at the price of 36.96 TL/share.


In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
