Within the framework of the capital market legislation, it has been decided by our Company to issue debt instruments up to TL 20,000,000,000 (Twenty Billion Turkish Liras) in total, without public offering, to qualified investors through sales and private placement methods. General Directorate has been authorized to determine the conditions other than those specified in the decision regarding the debt instruments to be issued and making the necessary applications to the Capital Markets Board and Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.
