Şirketimizin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun ilgili mevzuatı hükümlerince, 26/02/2021 ve 30/06/2022 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu kararları ile açıklanan geri alım programları kapsamında geri alınan paylarından 17.000.000 lot, 10/05/2023 tarihinde Borsa Istanbul'da blok satış yöntemiyle, 35,00 TL/hisse fiyattan Efes Holding A.Ş.'ye satılmıştır. Bu işlem sonucunda Efes Holding A.Ş.'nin Şirketimiz sermayesindeki payı %6,09'dan %6,65'e yükselmiştir. Efes Holding A.Ş.'ye satışı gerçekleştirilen hisselerin transferi sonucunda Şişecam'ın geri alınan payları toplamı 59.291.573'ten 42.291.573'e gerilemiş olup, bu payların Şirketimiz sermayesi içindeki payı ise %1,94'ten %1,38'e düşmüştür.

The sale of 17,000,000 lot, which were bought back pursuant to the relevant legislation of the Capital Markets Board and within the scope of the Board of Director's resolutions dated 26/02/2021 and 30/06/2022, to Efes Holding A.Ş. was carried out on 10/05/2023 on Borsa Istanbul through a block sale at the price of 35.00 TL/share. As a result of this transaction, the share of Efes Holding A.Ş. in Şişecam's share capital increased to 6.65% from 6.09% and the number of SISE shares owned by our Company decreased to 42,291,573 from 59,291,573 (The ratio of the shares bought back to our Company's capital decreased to 1.38% from 1.94%).
