Pursuant to our public disclosures dated July 6, 2022 and February 2, 2023, the acquisition of publicly held shares of Sisecam Resources LP by Sisecam Chemicals Wyoming LLC, at a price of 25 US dollars per unit in cash, was completed on May 26, 2023. Upon closing of the transaction, S isecam Resources LP became private .
