Within the framework of the capital market legislation, the application made by our Company to the Capital Markets Board for the issuance of debt instruments a total amount up to 20,000,000,000.-TL (Twenty Billion Turkish Liras) for sale to domestic qualified investors and private placement without public offering was approved by the decision of the Board of Directors dated 20.09.2023 and numbered 55/1187. The approved Issuance certificate and Debt Instrument Issuance Application Form are attached. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
