The audited bank-only and consolidated financial reports of our parent company, Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., for the period ending December 31, 2023, have been disclosed on the Public Disclosure Platform and Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş.'s website on February 13, 2024 . The financial reports of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., which also include key figures related to our Company, are prepared in accordance with the accounting and financial reporting legislation of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and do not include the provisions of TAS 29 ‘Financial Reporting in Hyperinflationary Economies'. Therefore, the information about our Company in the financial reports of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., is expected to differ from the figures in our financial statements for the period ending December 31, 2023, which will be disclosed in accordance with the Capital Markets Board reporting regulations and will apply the provisions of TAS 29. Our company's financial statements, which were submitted to Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., have not been independently audited and not subjected to inflation accounting, are presented in the table below.
