Although there’s a manager liability insurance, the ratio is below the recommended limit. Considering the high capital of the company, the current insurance amount is considered sufficient in terms of foreseeable risks, and insurance limits are regularly reviewed. There is no restriction regarding the members of the Board of Directors to take on other duties outside of our Company. Resumés of the board members are provided in the annual report. Given the performance and the efficiency of the BoD and taking into account the fact that the current structure does not impose any challenges in terms of corporate governance, any changes to the current structure is not foreseen in the short-run.
