A decision has been made to enter into a corporate governance compliance rating agreement with SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (SAHA), which holds a license from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to conduct ratings in line with CMB Corporate Governance Principles. The contract with SAHA, signed on November 15, 2024, has a term of two (2) years, effective until November 15, 2026.

An English translation of this statement is attached. In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Turkish texts, the Turkish version shall prevail.
