The 'Corporate Governance Rating Periodic Revision Report' has been finalized by SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş., a rating agency authorized by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) to issue ratings in Turkey in accordance with the Corporate Governance Principles. The Corporate Governance Rating has been revised from 96.40 (9.64 out of 10) to 96.46 (9.65 out of 10), effective as of December 16, 2024.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
