Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure dated April 28,2021.

On June 28, 2021, our Bank has bought 9,750,000 shares of Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı  A.Ş. Group B with a price of TL 1.59 on BIST Primary Market and 22,634,294 shares of Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı  A.Ş. Group A shares which is issued via book building process in public offering with a price of TL 1.59. As a result, the total shares of our Bank in Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı  A.Ş. have reached 48,95% as of 28.06.2021.The details of the transaction are given below in the table.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
