The Head Office is authorized by the Board of Directors on the meeting that was held on 2.12.2021 to apply to Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and the Capital Markets Board and obtain approvals in order to issue private placements, eurobonds and capital debt instruments (sub-debts) to be included in the equity calculation in all currencies up to US$ 5 billion.
