Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated February 17, 2022
It was announced in our disclosure mentioned above that the Capital Markets Board approved our application regarding our bank's decision to increase its capital by way of private placement under its capital ceiling and to sell the shares arising from the capital increase by way of private placement to Türkiye Wealth Fund in its bulletin dated February 17, 2022 and numbered 2022/08.
Accordingly, an application has been filed with the Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. on February 25, 2022 through Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. based on our bank's requests to calculate the base price and the +/-20% price range to be applied to the base price in accordance with Borsa Istanbul's Wholesale Transactions Procedure for the determination of the final sale price.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
