Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated January 6th, 2021
With the decision of the Bank's Board of Directors dated 07.04.2022 the Head Office was  authorised to make sales contract between VakıfBank and Vakıf REIT for the purchase 25,718 m2 field within the 52-floor building, owned by Vakıf REIT, to the amount of TL  930 million + VAT. The building is planned to be the Head Office premises of VakıfBank within the area of ongoing Istanbul International Finance Center (IIFC) project.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
