With the Bank's Board of Directors, the process regarding the purchase Platform Ortak Kartli Sistemleri A.Ş. shares which are equally owned   and paid ¼ of the price by Turkey Wealth Fund and Posta ve Telgraf Teşkilatı A.Ş., has been started. The nominal of TL 2,800,000 shares will be purchase with all rights and obligations, including capital payment debt, for TL 700,000.

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
