As per the Bank's Board of Directors' decision,  the Bank's 33.33% shares of Platform Ortak Kartli Sistemleri A.Ş.  has been sold to Türkiye Halk Bankası AŞ with all its rights and obligations  in return for TL 1,922,337.13.

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
