Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated June 24, 2022 It was announced with the referred disclosure that the issuance ceiling application up to TL 30,000,000,000 for the debt instruments has been approved with the CMB's bulletin dated June 23, 2022 and numbered 2022/32. In this context; VakıfBank has commenced the operations for the bond issuance amounting TL 127,775,279 with a maturity of 35 days to be sold qualified investors and the book building for the aforesaid bond has been completed. The transfer of the asset to the customer accounts has done on 14.07.2022. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
