With the decision of the Bank's Board of Directors dated 04.08.2022, The bank has bought 20,000,000 shares of Vakıf Finansal Kiralama A.Ş (VAKFN) from Türkiye Sigorta A.Ş. at a price of TL 2.45 per share. The detailed information of the carried out regarding the transaction is given in the table below.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
