With the resolution of the Bank's Board of Directors, Head Office was authorized to sign all kinds of contracts to purchase the real estates of A-1 Block (43 independent units) which is registered to the name of AKASYA YAPI SAN. VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ and A-2 Block (25 independent units) which is registered to the name of AKASYA ALÇI MADEN ÜRETİM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, located at Saray Mahallesi, Dr. Adnan Buyukdeniz Caddesi, Umraniye – Istanbul and currently used as the Head Office premises of the Bank, with a total amount of TL 1,300,000,000 (one billion three hundred million turkish lira) + VAT. The aforesaid real estates have been purchased by the Bank on 12.08.2022 by realizing title deed transfers.
