Ref: VakıfBank Public Disclosure dated December 2nd, 2022. According to the decision taken at our Bank's Board of Directors meeting held on 1.12.2022, which was announced with referenced disclosure, the applications have been made to the CMB and BRSA for the renewal of the issuance certificate equivalent to US$ 5 billion and valid for one year for the issuance and sale of Notes by the Bank outside of Turkey. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
