About the share acquisition of Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.
As per the Bank's Board of Directors decision date 15.12.2022, the Bank has purchased of 7,974,238 nominal unlisted privileged shares (Group A) of Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., which are owned by Türkiye Sigorta A.Ş., at a price of TL 5.035 per share. Details of the transaction are given in the table below.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
