Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated December 6, 2022.
In line with the referred disclosure, approvals has been obtained for the application to Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and the share transfer transactions have been completed for the purchase of all of the 13.71% shares owned by Türkiye Sigorta AŞ in Vakıf Faktoring AŞ, has been bought by our Bank with group shares of A and B.

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
