Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated January 27, 2023
It was announced with the referred disclosure that, the Head Office was authorized regarding the approval of shareholders in the first upcoming Ordinary General Assembly meeting, it has been decided that due date for the registered capital ceiling which was approved by CMB will be extended to the period of 2023-2027, new registered capital ceiling shall increase to TL 25.000.000.000 from TL 10.000.000.000 and the article 6 of "VakifBank Articles of Incorporation", which is related to capital, shall be amended accordingly. Within this context, Head Office has been authorized to carry out all necessary applications to Capital Markets Board (CMB) and other relevant authorities.
In this context; related application process to Capital Market Board (CMB) and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) has been completed.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
