Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated March 28, 2023
It was announced with the referred disclosure mentioned above that the Capital Markets Board approved VakıfBank's application regarding the Bank's decision to increase its capital through private placement under its capital ceiling and to sell the shares arising from the capital increase through private placement to Türkiye Wealth Fund in its bulletin dated March 27, 2023 and numbered 2023/19.
Accordingly, an application has been filed with the Borsa Istanbul A.S. on March 28, 2023 through Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.S. to calculate the base price and the +/-20% price range to be applied to the base price in accordance with Borsa Istanbul's Wholesale Transactions Procedure for the determination of the final sale price.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
