Reference: Public disclosure on March 28th, 2023
It was announced with the referred disclosure that the final share price per shares with a nominal value of TL 1.00 had been set as TL 11,41 within the price range of the base price calculated in accordance with Borsa Istanbul A.S.'s Wholesale Transactions Procedure and our paid-in capital will increase from TL 7,111,364,116.75 to TL 9,915,921,522.54 and the application had been submitted to the Capital Markets Board for the approval of the issuance certificate.
Accordingly, the Issuance Certificate approved by the Capital Markets Board is attached.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
