Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated on March 29th, 2023
It was announced with the referred disclosure that VakıfBank's capital increase process was consummated.
On March 30th, 2023 the Board of Directors resolved on amending the Article 6 of VakıfBank's Articles of Association by incorporating the new paid-in capital, filing the necessary applications with the CMB and the BRSA for the approval of the amendments, registration and announcement of capital increase following the CMB and the BRSA's approval.
According to the CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
