As per the Bank's Board of Directors' decision dated 17.04.2023, the Bank has purchased total of 41,864,754.63 shares, including 25,916,266.63 nominal unlisted privileged shares (Group A) and 15,948,488 nominal unlisted shares (Group B) of Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., which are owned by Housing Development Administration of Turkey, at a price of TL 3.8376 per share. Details of the transaction are given in the table below.

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
