Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated March 30, 2023 It was announced with the referred disclosure that, the applications to the CMB and BRSA had been completed for the covered bond issuance up to EUR 1 billion equivalent in any currencies. In this context, the announcement was made in Capital Market Board dated 27.04.2023 and numbered 2023/25, regarding issuance ceiling of the covered bond issuance up to EUR 1 billion equivalent in any currencies was approved by the issuer of the issuance tender. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
