Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated February 8th, 2023.

It was announced with the referred disclosure that, the Articles of Association regarding the new registered capital ceiling shall increase to TL 25.000.000.000 from TL 10.000.000.000 was amended accordingly.

The current address of VakıfBank was changed to "Finanskent Mahallesi, Finans Caddesi, No: 40, Interior Door No: 1 Ümraniye/Istanbul". Other changes in Articles of Association and the mentioned address change were merged and approved by the CMB. The final version of the main contract is attached.

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
