On July 5, 2023, a purchase transaction of non-publicly traded Class A preferred shares of Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. amounting 7,974,236.855 lots was completed through a public offering method at a price of TL 3.03. As a result of the transaction, VakıfBank's shares in Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. have reached 53.77% of the capital as of July 5, 2023.
