İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile Bankamız ile Fransız Kalkınma Ajansı (AFD) arasında, A ve B sınıfı enerji kimlik sertifikası olan konutların finansmanına yönelik olarak, Yeşil Konut Projesi Kredi Sözleşmesi imzalandığı duyurulmuştu.

Bankamız ile Fransız Kalkınma Ajansı (AFD) arasında söz konusu projenin ikinci dilimi kapsamında 3 yıl geri ödemesiz toplam 10 yıl vadeli 100 milyon Euro tutarında kredi anlaşması imzalanmıştır.

It was announced with the reference that VakıfBank and the French Development Agency (AFD) was signed Green Mortgage Project Loan Agreement for the financing of residential properties with class A and B energy performance certificates.

Within the scope of the second tranche of this project, a loan agreement amounting to 100 million EUR with a 3-year grace period and 10-year final maturity was signed between VakıfBank and the French Development Agency (AFD).

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
