At the Board of Directors meeting of VakıfBank dated November 9th, 2023, the following decision were taken regarding the partial public offering of VakıfBank's subsidiary Vakıf Faktoring.

Within this context, it has been decided to initiate the process of initial public offering, amend the relevant articles of the Vakıf Faktoring  Articles of Association transition to the registered capital system in line with Capital Markets Board regulations. In this respect, an application has been made by Vakıf Faktoring to the Capital Markets Board of the relevant process on November 9th, 2023.

According to the CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
