With the Bank's Board of Directors' decision, to issue TL borrowing instruments up to TL 15 billion domestically, that meet the criteria for the inclusion in subordinated notes in accordance with the relevant legislation, in batches, with various terms, yields and amounts; and the Head Office were authorized for the determination of all conditions and execution of operations with related institutions regarding the debt issuance which will be available for qualified investors who is domiciled in domestic only. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
