Bankamız Yönetim Kurulu'nun 29 Şubat 2024 tarihli toplantısında;

Bankamızın uluslararası organizasyonel yapılanması çerçevesinde,

• İngiltere ve Birleşik Arap Emirliklerin 'de şube/temsilcilik açılması,

• Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu ve ilgili ülkelerin otoriteleri nezdinde gerekli başvuruların yapılması,

• Açılış süreci ile ilgili gerekli tüm işlemlerin yerine getirilmesi,

hususlarında Genel Müdürlüğün yetkilendirilmesine karar verilmiştir.

In the meeting of VakıfBank's Board of Directors dated February 29, 2024, within the framework of the international organizational structure of VakıfBank, it has been decided to authorize the Head Office regarding the following matters:

• Opening branches/representative offices in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates,

• Making necessary applications to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and relevant authorities of the respective countries,

• Fulfilling all necessary procedures related to the opening process.

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
