On April 17, 2024, VakıfBank purchased 1,500,000 shares of Vakıf Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. the listed subsidiary of VakıfBank, on the Borsa Istanbul Primary Market at a price of TL 2.99 per share. As a result, VakıfBank's shares in the capital of Vakıf Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. have reached 62.12% as of April 17, 2024.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
