With  the Bank's Board of Directors' decision dated May 8th, 2024 and the authority given by the Board, the amount of donation made due to the earthquake as per Presidential Decree No. 124 and which was submitted for the information / approval of the shareholders with the 13th agenda item of the 69th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting and is not included in the donation limitations of the Banking Law is TL 12,019,436,560. The amount of total donation and aids as scholarship, educational donations and aids to social foundations within the donation limitations of the Banking Law is TL 733,852,146.48

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
