Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated May 20, 2024 It was announced with the referred disclosure that the applications to the CMB and the Borsa Istanbul A.S. to issue of bank bonds with different maturities and in one or more issuances within the issuance ceiling of Turkish Lira-denominated bonds up to 50,000,000,000-TL for the debt instruments. In this context the approval of issuance ceiling application up to TL 50,000,000,000 for the debt instruments has been announced with the CMB's bulletin dated June 28, 2024 and numbered 2024/30. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
